Solvent Recovery

In processes such as the paint and printing industries, solvents that evaporate during production are used. Capturing and recovering these solvents at the exhaust outlet of the process is extremely important both economically and ecologically. In such processes, the solvent mixed with the air is adsorbed by activated carbon in the exhaust, and then separated from the activated carbon by passing hot steam or inert gas through it via desorption, and recovered.
